Quality sells the customer that keeps the company in business. No question about it, high quality work allows our company to thrive. A recent poll asked consumers what they thought of products and services compared to years ago. Most consumers said that quality had definitely gotten worse and that they were not getting their monies worth anymore. Another study traced the drop in quality directly to the work people did.
Customers naturally want the most reliable goods and services they can get for their money. As someone wisely observed, you cannot sell poor quality no mater how low the price. Producing high quality products benefits everyone.
With that in mind we are pleased to report that the quality at PSC Fabricating is at an all time high. Customers like Toyota and Gobar Systems report 0 defects in the thousands of parts supplied to date.
