Capabilities
Custom and Rotary Die Cutting - PSC Fabricating has die cutting capabilities for a variety of materials including fiberglass, foams, synthetics, and other substrates with or without adhesive backing. We have both flatbed presses using steel rule dies and rotary presses as manufacturing options. Parts can be cut to a variety of sizes, scrapped, and boxed or kiss cut and left on release paper to meet the customer needs. We expect every part to be exactly what the customer ordered.
Cutting, Slitting, Sawing - Foam or fiberglass materials up to 63 inches wide can be cut to customer specifications with our horizontal saws, vertical saws, and roll slitting equipment. This expands our capability to produce larger parts that can not be die cut. We can also razor cut, crush cut, or baloney slit to width to make rolls of pressure sensitive adhesive products.
Lamination - PSC Fabricating is experienced at laminating a variety of facings, foils, and pressure sensitive materials onto foam and fiberglass substrates. We can laminate substrates up to 62” in width. Pressure sensitive adhesives, hot melt glue, and liquid adhesive applications are typically done in our plants.
Waterjet / Laser Cutting - PSC Fabricating is an expert in these high technology processes. We can produce prototypes, samples, or production parts quickly by programming our computers with customer supplied drawings. Other advantages to this technology are intricate cuts, perpendicular edges, and the ability to cut non-flexible materials. Depending on customer demand we can be in production within minutes.
