About
Packaging Service Corporation was founded in Louisville, Kentucky in October, 1959 by D. Covington Logan and Jesse A. Nimocks. Both men had extensive backgrounds in industrial packaging and started the company on the premise that they could offer a valuable service to small companies who could not afford to have fulltime packaging engineers on their payrolls.
Logan and Nimocks soon found that large companies could also benefit from this type of service so they enlarged the operation to include a warehouse and a manufacturing facility in Louisville to enable them to better serve the customers need for fast dependable service. Through the years Packaging Service Corporation has continued to grow and diversify.
In 1987 Packaging Service Corporation joined PMC, a privately owned manufacturer of a variety of products including polyester foam, specialty chemicals, additives for plastic products, flexible packaging, PVC film, and semiconductor components.
Today we are known as PSC Fabricating, Inc, a division of PSC Industries, Inc. We have manufacturing operations in five states in and surrounding our offices in Louisville, Kentucky. PSC Fabricating is one of the largest foam and fiberglass fabricators in the United States. We can die cut and fabricate nearly any type of non-metallic material with precision and quality.
